Due to the specific type of work that the Mpeg- TS format does, this server comes with its own complete hardware and software. This allows the patient to have access to live broadcast and online streaming in their bed.

VOD Server & Storage:  This server is one of the most complex servers in the system whose primary job is to maintain video content and send it to users upon request. In addition to the above task, the server must record live images so that the Live Streamer TV broadcasts from the user›s request, and the server must send the information in question immediately. The user can also use source-set features such as time-lapse, restart, or record programs to view whenever desired. It is also possible for the viewer to jump to the beginning of the video, skip, or pause it whenever desired. The device also has a timer in case anyone would be interested in turning it on for the device to automatically turn off after a certain amount of time has passed.

Middleware: Middleware is a software for computers that acts as a meddling network or a bridge between an operating system (Say Linux) and an information database. This part of the system is coordinated, and VOD and the Live Streamer are fully compatible with it. Currently two operating systems are available and each has their own advantages. The two are Linux and Android. Linux uses an STB from the Amino company originating in

England. Amino is one of the most reliable companies in the making of STBs for IPTVS. The Amino STB which uses firmware, acts as a web based application and has all the qualities of a web based app. The Android OS, along with the ability to run different graphical designs has other features as well that compare

these two solutions and highlight the advantages of each. It is only natural that the decision to implement

each of these solutions is made by the employer, and the company declares its technical readiness to implement

each of these solutions fully.[/vc_column_text][/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Network Broadcaster” tab_id=”1603910203029-0cc91cb4-035f”][vc_column_text]This network is in fact the connection between the receiver and the server side. Two methods used globally

are mentioned below:

  • Cable networks using cables and swatches which connect the server and receiver
  • Using copper telephone lines or coaxial cables along with DSLAM.

For the first method, communication between users and servers through the fiber network (to connect central

switches to distribution switches) will form through cat5 or cat6. Of course the networks need to be in close

proximity and the switches need to be checked to have the ability to use GMP and be compatible with it in order to display multimedia. Where this is not possible due to location, copper telephone lines or coaxial cables could

be used and there ADSL with the help of DSLAM will be implemented.[/vc_column_text][/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Reciever” tab_id=”1605439950489-022f3f2a-cf00″][vc_column_text]Time Shifting Live TV
